Subject: 97 TLS, pulled the PWR CMNDER-

Hey I finally acted on the advice of the board and pulled the power commander, since I was experienceing some serious cutting out--while cruising, it began to get worse. I pulled the plug and behold, no more engine angia at speed--so heres the next question, does that pwr cmdr module go off after awhile, does it need a reboot? or is there something that needs to be serviced at the manufacturuuuurrr? It was working great for a few years, then progressively became worse--change plugs-oil, NO Change--reinsert, the original--ECU. sudden change for the better....so is there any saving, booting the old cmnder, ????? any similar expeience?

thnks as always, best advice always a click away..
