Fix yourselves some 'custom made' mounting plates (I've got some basic AutoCAD drawings if you like).
Or have your shock extended. There's 5mm space in the shock which can be released if some ring is removed.
The ride height with the Ohlins should be 10mm more then stock.
If your shock is new or slightly used You might get it extended for free if you contact Ohlins Sweden, they're aware of the problem that ride height on TLR's can be a little different.

Don't go to far with the ride height or your swingarm will hit the exhaust.
