My 1997 tls bottom rotary damper mounting bolt sheared off at both ends eg ; the head sheared off the bolt, and the last threaded inch at the other end of the bolt sheared in the frame took me about two days drilling with a special hardend drill to get it out.Then had to helicoil it, about a month ago found the bracket were the same bolt went through was cracked across the width,got it welded but have now fallen out with the bike, I am now looking for a tlr.
