OK, I just had to share this... I've been working quite a few hours at my Kmart job in addition to my full-time job... Friday and Saturday I did 5-hour shifts, off Sunday and then last night and tonight 4-hour shifts... so I'm REALLY tired... tonight a guy came to my register looking for cigarettes (which we don't sell anymore) and I look up and I swear to God it was Leif with blue eyes... this guy looked SO much like him that I was stumbling all over my words! Same little goatee, a backwards baseball cap, same intensity in the eyes, even though they were blue.. wow! He came back to buy something, I can't even remember what, and I'm like... do I know you? You look REALLY familiar (lol) and he's like, Aw, it's just the goatee and the backwards hat. Then I hand him his change and receipt, and he looks at my name tag and he's like, Thanks, and calls me by name... I was so rattled!!
Anyway, just had to share... Guess our boy is still in my heart :-)

FISH MICH is a comedy about two lifelong friends and the struggles they face trying to keep their small-market syndicated fishing show on tv while hilariously attempting to use half-baked fishing stories and ‘sportsmen’s logic’ to navigate through the tribulations of daily life. On the way they meet the loves of their lives, a couple guest celebrities, and they even catch a couple of fish while learning a lesson or two about what true success really means. FISH MICH is the debut production of Barn Films, LLC, and is written and produced by Barn Theatre producer-director Brendan Ragotzy. It is with great sadness that I tell you that our dog, Shelby, passed away in our arms earlier this evening. She was surrounded by her immediately family. We were all fortunate that she waited for us all to be home for her to say good-bye. Shelby was 16 years, 8 months old. We brought her home when she was 6 weeks old, the runt of the litter and the last one to be picked. She slept on my belly when I was pregnant and excitedly welcomed both our babies. She became a "nana dog" and treated them like her own. She brought us much joy and love.
Our hearts are very heavy tonight and the tears haven't stopped, but we know how lucky we were to have Shelby in our lives.

Hi Everyone,
My dog went missing this past weekend and I can't find him anywhere. If anyone else on here lives in Vegas or even maybe Southern California, can you please keep an eye out for him? His name is Rusty, weighs 7lbs., tan/ blonde, question mark curly tail, so friendly and playful and he was wearing a little aqua colored polo shirt with the RL horse symbol on the collar. The only reason I ask about California is because people out here also maintain homes there and might travel back and forth with him, i know it's a stretch but I miss him so much and would do anything to get him back home safe and sound. He's never been gone this long and he's all I can think about. I'm so worried about him. Thanks everyone.

My friends and sisters had been buying me drinks all night. Woo hoo! I was in line to use the ladies room and looked at the gawjus bartender and told him, "It's my birthday, you should kiss me." and he did.
This is the first time in my life I have planted one on a stranger because I was drunk.
For the rest of the evening whenever I went in or out of the bathroom I'd kiss the bald buff bartender. He was wearing tight jeans, a leather vest, and no shirt. Naturally, the kisses got more elaborate. At one point as we were snogging away I said, "You're gay, right?" He replied "Yeah" and we went back to kissing. Great guy.
I was walking back into the cabaret room and this cute red-haired guy said, "So, the bartender... friend of yours?" I laughed and said,"It's my birthday so he had to kiss me." So cute red-haired guy says, "OK" and proceeds to kiss the heck out of me. (At one point I tell him, "nice ass" and he says, "not bad for 44, right?" and we go back to kissing. Please note, this is the SECOND guy I have ever made out with because I was drunk. What can I say, I'm an overachiever.)
So we stop smooching and I stagger back to my sisters. I tell them, "Cut me off. I just made out with two strangers in five minutes" and tell them the story. We all laugh (and they cut me off).
Then the MC announces, "Hey, this is special, we have an old friend in the audience tonight. Leif! Get up here!"
Sister: OMG, that's Leif Garrett!
Me: OMG, that's the guy I was kissing!
He sang very well. He kissed very well. Later in the evening he was chatting politely with my sisters and me and he helped me down the steps at the end of the night. We were on the sidewalk talking and flirting and I drunkly blurted out, "My sisters don't let me go home with strangers when I'm drunk." Smooth, Trudy, smooth. He laughed said, "Good policy!" kissed me good night and hopped in a cab.
My Sisters then put me in a cab. I don't mean they sent me home, I mean they ESCORTED me home. I'm squished between them and tell them about our conversation and they laugh.
Lucky lucky girl.

How is everyone? things are going great here. I started school Jan. 5 and so-far-so good....Don't let anyone tell you that Digital audio Production is easy because they would either be lying or have been doing it for 50 years...LOL...Seriously it is a lot to learn and we haven't even been in a studio yet.

It has been a while since I have been here. How is everyone? It has been one wild year with me. I am going back to school(the beginning of the new year) to learn audio production. I SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO want to produce music one day. Maybe if I get a job in that field I will get to work with Leif!!! WOOOO HOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! I would love to be in the studio with him. Just to say I was part of that disc. How cool would it be to have your name on a Leif Garrett cd...????!!!!! I think that would be AWSOME!!!
Anyway now that I have rambled on....I hope everyone has a FANTASTIC Thanksgiving and and even better Christmas.
