• I watched the Dickie Roberts:Former Child Star, it was funny! What was even funnier was the song/appearances at the end of the movie that had me cracking up. • My Movie of You was Leif's last album for Scotti Brothers, and as he says on his Behind the Music episode, they gave him the music to sing and he sang it. He tried breaking out with his fourth LP, Can't Explain, but they didn't like what he was doing and made him make one last syrupy/mushy/teen idol album. He didn't like doing it at all, and the songs are more like his first album than any of the others -- romantic ballads that allowed him no freedom to sing the music he truly loved. He was simply fulfilling his contract with Scotti Bros. and you can tell on the album that he really didn't want to be singing that kind of music.
