Well the other muxes is probably transported via fiber or radiolinks to the transmitters. If it was on satellite then Lyngsat is the place to look.

Perhaps there is some kind of error on the normal signal feed for Welsh and Scottish transmitters and thats why satellite is used...? Other possibility is that there are transmitters that is hard to cover with fiber or radiolinks.
