 Make all of Salmon River FLY FISHING ONLY, CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY...Who would eat those mud sharks anyway? Get rid of all salmon and focus on STEELIES!!! Pay per fishing would be a possibility...putting the $$$ back into the local economy and it would keep all the dirtbags out...more importantly, get rid of all the bad "guides" that overpromote and frequent that river...seriously, I would be in favor of higher standards to become a guide...other than first aid, cpr and knowing how to row a boat and what type pfd to wear...leave the spinheads and baitcasters out on the lake and let everyone enjoy the TRUE challenge of fishing with a fly rod!
