Makes sense I guess! We know the second and third phase has very little to GAME anyway, you could just make them GATE permits for what they're worth!

As of right now, I have gotten five people, permits that may not other wise been hunting, that's just me, what about the other 100 thousand hunters, This Non-Transferable Crap is going to put Florida public land hunting out of business... Sad part about this, if it does go that way, no matter what happens, it will never go back to Transferable, Florida's Public land Hunters will dwindle!
