Many roleplayers aren't willing to put in the effort to comply to the rules of places like KRPG and NIW, nor to put in the creative effort. Those crappy places let them join characters like "Sepiroth" (complete with screenshot from the Final Fantasy game - we had one of those on Telenia a little while ago and had to run him off >_<) or Daisy the Unicorn (who also actually tried to join at Telenia even though I thought the "Humans only" rule was pretty obvious), and/or let them have Awesum Magickal Powerz. NIW and KRPG take more effort, if only to comply with their respective canons (McCaffrey's or Sushi's, they're still pretty strict canons), and more importantly, more DISCIPLINE. Trust me, we don't want players like that. *sigh* We just need more GOOD players... and they're hard to find.
