I don't recall seeing Sitara's new player post her much or recently around New Isle. I'd suggest that, if the player doesn't reply in a week or two, that you get her back by default. Of course, you'd have to check with Kitty on that, seeing as she's the returning owner of NIW.

By the way, do you happen to remember a young bronzerider by the name of P'milo? :D
