[font size="*"], with * being the number value. Close it with [/font], just like other font tags. (In fact, you can put size, color, and face all in one tag if you like. e.g., [font size="2" color="green" face="arial"])

3 is the default font size, so setting it at 3 changes nothing (unless the entire board is already set at something smaller). You can go all the way up to 7, but I've discovered that anything past 5 is really ridiculously big; you can go down to 2 and then 1, but no smaller. HTML doesn't do negative numbers; if you try to set it at, say, "-2", most browsers will read that as "3-2=1", and depending on the browser anything lower than "-2" is usually counted as "1". Then again, anything smaller than 1 wouldn't be legible.
