I actually don't know. ^^;; I do know that she's not mentaly or physically mature enough to become involved in any relationship yet, except perhaps with someone near her own age. I'm all for all sorts of love, but she's just not mentally equipped to deal with anything beyond the family-oriented love she feels for the other experiments.
And anyway, I've always thought of Anzu as the total innocent of the bunch, the baby in the family. And it's always hard, to let a character give up childhood by falling in love. Takeo, Neko, Oni-- they were all much older inside than Anzu, and had already left childhood by the time they were seven or so years old, so it's much easyer to let them grow up even farther.
