Subject: Pern: The Lost Continent


For hundreds of Turns, the small island continent of
Kita has existed without the knowledge of the Northern
and Southern continents. Settled by a small group of
Holders and Dragonriders early in Pern's history,
things have fallen into disrepair. Dragons are no
longer respected; the Weyr is in the grip of the Lady
Holder Visillian.
But things are about to change.
The Weyrwoman of Kita, a HAD, contacted the Queen of
Benden Weyr. Now, the North and South continents plan
to assist the Kitan riders in regaining their proper
status. There are only a few problems: the new Junior Weyrwoman of Kita is the Holder Visillian's daughter,
and the Weyrleader has his own scheme for the
Weyr...
