Subject: Flatbush Terrace today

Just for the heck of it to a trip to Flatbush Terrace (live on the other side of Brooklyn) this weekend. Was in my building for the first time since 1981 (building 5). You would never never recognize the place. Building was completely renovated head to toe. The only remnant of the "old" Flatbush Terrace that exists are under the doors of the apartments when you walk in (dont know what you'd call that fixture). The streets around the buildings were completely dead and void of life. No more pool, now a drug store. Kinda weird a hot summer afternoon and not hearing Mr. Pepitone. I'd love to go back, take some photos, just dont know where I can download them around here.
