I'm in the middle of upgrading my vast office-plex here at Rancho Surf but I had to take the time to get back online and vent.

Dom Giordano had a GREAT quote regarding the terrorist fanatics when he called them, "Cowards in search of Eternal Erections." Now THAT sums it up.

This is how I see Saddam Hussein and why we can't contain or threaten him ...

Saddam is like the trash neighbor who is always in your face about something. Imagine Saddam living next door and threatening to kill your dog. Of course you are shocked but you point out to him that if he harms your dog you will then kill his dog. That should stop him right? Nope, Saddam then turns around and shoots his own dog. He then turns back to you and again threatens to shoot your dog.

Any country or people that thinks Saddam can be reasoned with should read the above twice. Saddam already has slaughtered his own people without losing sleep.

But there's more, it gets worse.

The fanatics, be they religious extremists, North Korea, etc., have one thing in common. They want us destroyed. Not just dead but our entire way of life, our country, our kids, everything, ... gone. They will NEVER stop, they won't ever give up trying. The only thing that can stop them is death ... theirs or ours. You make the call. Us or them. If you think the WTC was the end you're a fool.

Yesterday it was Bin Laden, this week it's Iraq, a month from now it will be Iran or North Korea. They are all the same peas in a pod (along with such "friends" as Saudi Arabia). They all want us gone, dead, destroyed. This American is sick and tired of explaining to my kids why they hate us. I'm tired of fearing for the future of my children and what kind of world they will grow up in. Why not use the full force of our military to wipe out any and all people who put us in the crosshairs? They WILL attack us, that's an absolute.

But it gets worse, there is more.

Why in the world is the Hollywood elite infested with Anti-Semites? They know for a fact the extremists want all the Jews dead. They see for themselves how women and babies have become targets, blown to shreds for no other reason than to cause fear. They have read the history and watched Schindler's List. What they can't grasp is that several hundred million nuts would like nothing better than to fire up the ovens again and wipe out Israel AND any other remaining Jews no matter where they live. Jews are targets, Jews get killed and the so called celebrities oppose wiping out the very people who have dedicated their lives to killing Jews? I don't get it. Isn't half of Hollywood run by Jews?

Maybe they think it won't happen to them.

Surf, that is some serious venting!

I have noticed a rude, smarmy, and vociferous group of US citizens as well as Europeans who are not helping matters at all. No matter what the US and the US government does or says, they disagree and don't believe it. Now all they do is expect to hear something else that they already, in advance, admit they will not believe.

With Colin Powell, for example, this group of fifth columnists know in advance that they already must assume he is lying before he says anything and when he does say something they will automatically deny its validity while automatically siding with Iraq, France, etc. They did this yesterday, Tuesday, February 11, 2003, in mocking Colin Powell when he announced that the news agency, al Jazeera, possessed a new tape allegedly released by Osama bin Laden.

The hate America first crowd were mocking Powell for the announcement because al Jazeera denied possessing the tape. It turned out that the hate America Firsters were premature in their mocking of Powell. The Arab news service, al Jazeera, lied in denying the tape existed and they lied in denying that they did indeed possess that tape. al Jazeera was obviously waiting till all the two million Muslims who attended Hajj had returned to their homes so they could watch the broadcast which would play the tape.

So there they were, the hate America first crowd believing the Arabic news service, al Jazeera, who lied and denied their possession of the tape, and demonizing Powell as the liar, who turned out to be telling the truth.

These people in the hate America First crowd are brain dead imbiciles, appeasers of corruption and hate groups and they are incorrigible!

The Hollywood anti-Semitic climate makes no sense to me, nor does the Hollywood denomination of the USA in their movies.

In Hollywood the USA are always evil. The CIA, the FBI, and ATF, the police, the courts, the President, all evil, unless of course the President is depicted as a liberal president in the movies, then he is an angel and the "conservatives" or "Republicans" (they don't depict Libertarians in the movies yet) are evil, ruthless, and tyrants.

I think people are so stupid and gullible that they believe what they see in the movies and as a result, since many movies depict the US, including the CIA, FBI, etc., as being evil in the movies, the people in the US as well as Europe and elsewhere, believe that image and buy it hook, line, and sinker.

The ignorance regarding Israel is also blatant. I do not understand how people can fail to notice that Arabs have claimed about 22 provinces or states in the region but when Israel has one, smaller than almost any other state in the region, they are somehow doing some terrible thing.

They allowed Arabs to live among them and those Arabs living and working in Israel enjoy the most prosperous and progressive lifestyle of any Arab in all the Middle East, but for the oil Shiehks, Kings, and Princes, and yet people still decide to hate Israel and call for her destruction and for turning the land which is Israel over to the Arab/Mulisms.

None of this makes sense.

These people cannot even tell the difference between indiscriminate murder of civilians, including babies, which the Palestinian Arabs carry out, and the defensive posture which Israel takes in reacting to the killings. If the Israelis wanted to wipe out the Palestinians it could be done in about 36 hours and it would be all over. It is obvious that Israel is tolerant and patient, even too much so, allowing her citizens to be more easily accessible targets.

I've got to go.

The US must strike now in Iraq and make a clear and decissive blow. bin Laden and al Qaeda, North Korea, Iran, etc., must get the message that the US is not a paper tiger, that our soldiers and our citizens, including you, me, SurveyGuy, JL, Spock, H Bergeron, etc., are not wimps and that we will fight. These people think, after the way the past military actions went down in Somalia, the way Clinton did things, hiding, avoiding, bombing but no ground troops, and the way Carter and others handled the terrorists from before, such as the kidnappings of US citizens, the attack on the Embassy in Iran in which the Marines were told not to fire back but to surrender without a fight, etc., gave rise to the idea that the US are wimps afraid of a fight.

I don't know about you but I don't like war but I will fight and I have fought against thugs. I and we will fight back and, fear or no fear. Many US citizens, not just soldiers, will fight back to the last drop of our own blood before laying down and dying like lambs at the slaughter.
