Subject: Re: A Tomb For Akhenaten ?
In reply to: Ian 's message, "A Tomb For Akhenaten ?" on 11:44:37 04/14/08 Mon

It sounds plausible ... but it brings up something I hadn't thought of before. When they found KV63 they kept remarking on how close it is to Tut's tomb and that there may be some of his family buried in it (which of course didn't turn out to be true.. there's no one buried in it) but they kept pointing out the proximity and commenting that perhaps Tut had family members put near his tomb. But that assumes that Tut's final tomb was the intended tomb for him all along and not a quick fix as was always believed.

Has someone changed their mind?
