Really? I would have chosen the mountain top if it had been me, but... I guess farming was more of an economically sound choice back then. Everything is flip-flopped now, isn't it? I remember about twenty years ago, Jim and Tammy Faye Baker built a house on a mountain top in the Smokies. I think it cost them over 2 million! It's a lovely big house though. You can still see it today.
