3120 weight with me in it
373 gear
glide
makes power from 4500-6800
had a 3 speed and was going 6.80 off foot and now have a 2 speed and only going 7.10

3spd was a 4900 stall and 2 speed is a 3800

to get my times back will the glide converter need to be a 4900 also? thanks

Texas Militia Training Exercise Saturday March 24, and Sunday March 25, 2012 East of Lufkin, TX.

ATTENTION MILITIAMEN: The Texas Militia is having a by invitation only training exercise for rifle owning patriotic USA Citizens on private land on Saturday and Sunday March 24, & 25, 2012 East of Lufkin, Texas starting at 8 am. The training is free of charge. You are welcome to camp out with us on Saturday night to continue training with us Sunday.

We will have live rifle and pistol fire. We will have militia small unit light infantry combat training and force on force combat simulations using blank ammunition. After each battle we will have a debriefing to go over what we have learned from each combat simulation. Because our goal is to learn it doesn't matter which team wins each battle. The true winners are those who have learned something. We hope to have enough .223 and 7.62x39 blanks on hand for all participants but bring you own blanks if you have any. You can find places to order blanks by using an internet search engine. If you don't have a blank adapter you can cycle your rifle by hand after each shot.

We are not meeting just to sit around and talk. Our militia training requires physical exertion such as patrolling with a rifle and a battle load consisting of at least 4 to 6 spare loaded rifle magazines. No news media or journalists of any kind will be allowed. No alcohol, drugs, or illegal weapons will be allowed. Cell phones and cameras must remain in your vehicle.

We will practice ambushes, counter-ambushes, and patrolling. We will also have class room type training so bring a note book and a pencil too. Our force on force light infantry warfare training with blanks will be conducted as combat simulations to learn from not as games. In case of heavy rain we will train in a building too.

Bring your rifle, handgun, ammo, paper targets (or balloons to shoot), a battle load, web gear, camelbak or canteen, camping gear, folding or camp chair (if you don't want to sit on the ground), entrenching tool/folding shovel, what you want to eat, toilet paper, and your drinking water. Wear camouflage BDUs if you have them (or you can wear hunting camo if you don't have BDUs). Wear lace up jungle boots, combat boots or hunting boots. Bring a flashlight, and you can bring a Coleman lantern if you already have one. Bring a poncho in case of rain. John F. Kennedy said, “Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable.”

We, the People, do not want or encourage any acts of violence. The law is very clear to us as we have no misconceptions or skewed agendas that require an inventive interpretation of it. And our highest elected government leader is still not high enough to be above that law. The mood among the people is far more dangerous than is being portrayed by any media outlet within the United States. What is taking place in other countries such as Greece and across the Middle East is inching ever closer to our own shores.

Therefore,

We, the People, of the United States of America, standing united against tyranny and corruption, reaffirm our individual rights under the original U.S. Constitution, declare our freedom and privacy from intrusive government, and hereby announce demand for the immediate impeachment of President Barrack Obama for treason as well as indictments against Vice President Joe Biden, Sec. of State Hillary Clinton, Former Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, Sec. of DHS Janet Napolitano, Rep. Nancy Pelosi, Sen. Harry Reid, and specific current/former members of Congress which voted in favor of the Patriot Act and the Affordable Health Care Act, on violations including, but not limited to, the following federal statutes:

Through the constant use of subversion, deception, fear, and what would seem to be the belief that citizens are ignorant to the founding documents, the U.S. Constitution has been continuously violated under Amendments I, II, IV, IX, X, XI, and XIV. The most obvious of these are the Patriot Act which encroaches heavily on citizens’ privacy guaranteed under Amendment IV and the Affordable Health Care Act, which itself has been deemed unconstitutional by the federal courts, but specifically violates Amendment IX and Amendment X of the U.S. Constitution.

The recent revelation of Project: Gunrunner of the ATF, where firearms were purposely provided to Mexican cartels, was also to increase fear within the public and provide a means to create legislation that would ultimately negate Amendment II of the U.S. Constitution, which guarantees a citizen’s right to bear arms.

Furthermore, the Federal Government has failed to enforce Amendment II which should overrule any state legislation that bars ownership and carry of a firearm to a law abiding citizen.

The labeling by the Department of Homeland Security of anyone holding the U.S. Constitution in high regard or having current/prior military service as “possible domestic terrorists” violates 18 USC 241 as it is a conspiracy to deprive citizens of rights under Amendments I, II, IV, and IX of the U.S. Constitution.

The common practice during legislative sessions of promising of special treatment and/or financial aid/compensation to secure the vote and/or support of an elected official by Congressional leaders violates multiple sections of 18 USC 201 regarding bribery of a public official.

Congressional members at any level of government who have fled jurisdiction while in session in order to prevent debate and/or passage of legislation are direct violation of 18 USC 1505 by obstructing proceedings.

Article 4; Section 2; Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution is clear and precise that the "citizens" of each State within the United States are guaranteed protections, but it does not however provide for "illegal immigrants" or even "resident aliens". Furthermore, Article 4; Section 4; Clause 2 guarantees each State within the United States protection from "invasion" and even "domestic violence" if requested. These two Articles are being violated through the failure to seal/protect the borders of the United States and enforce federal legislation regarding immigration.

The filing of a lawsuit directly against the sovereign State of Arizona to block legislation created to provide protection to its’ resident citizens is an indisputable violation of Amendment X of the U.S. Constitution.

The permission granted to the Mexican government to join in the aforementioned lawsuit is a violation of Amendment XI of the U.S. Constitution regarding a State’s sovereign immunity from being sued in federal courts by someone in another state or country.

The authorization for military action against Libya without the approval of Congress is a clear and direct violation of 50 USC 1541-1548, also known as the War Powers Resolution, which is grounds for immediate impeachment.

In addition to violations of the aforementioned War Powers Resolution, the direct assistance of admitted Al-Qaeda linked rebel fighters in Libya is a major violation of 18 USC 2381 and considered to be treason against the United States of America and its’ citizens.

The ongoing misappropriation of taxpayer monies to foreign nations without the consent of We, the People, including, but not limited to, the Palestinian leadership of Hamas, is also direct grounds under 18 USC 2381 for indictment of treason for providing aid and comfort to an enemy of the United States of America.

As determined in the investigation of Barack Obama's birth certificate and Selective Service records, Mr. Obama is guilty of conspiracy to commit fraud under 18 USC 371 as well as fraud against the United States under 18 USC 1031 (a)(1)

Albert Einstein said. “The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but by those who simply watch and do nothing.” Without true representation by the leaders we have elected, our last hope lies within ourselves. Now is the opportunity to bring these charges into the public eye so that they can be discussed by all Americans and debated in the open.


Our nation has stood tall for over 200 years. Yet in recent times, it has become the most hated on Earth. Not because of the citizens, but because of our government. It has grown beyond the limitations that our Founding Fathers meant for it, becoming overly intrusive into the lives of every American and beyond our borders as well.


We send billions of dollars to other nations while millions of Americans are jobless, homeless, and starving. Where is the help here? The U.S. Constitution provides guarantees to those citizens within the United States. It does not provide for foreign governments. Those guarantees are being ignored.


In a letter, Thomas Jefferson wrote to William Jarvis, “You seem to consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions; a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy...The Constitution has erected no such single tribunal...knowing that to whatever hands confided, with corruptions of time and party, its members would become despots.” As we see today, he was correct. Who can we trust to protect the people besides the people ourselves?


This pathway to self-destruction, upon which we are rapidly headed, will not end simply with a new president. It will only delay the inevitable. As with our forefathers, We must stand up together and rebuke those with personal agendas and promises with no fruition. We, as a nation, must rise up together as those before us did to establish a free America. We, the People, must finally learn from the lessons of our past and correct the mistakes of today, thus preserving a better tomorrow.

Any thing is possible if you have a torch and welder. Wheel base you can find for your self with a tape measure but shouldn't bother the swap. THE Width of the frame will be the thing to check out to make sure its wide enough to set the body on.

i have a 97 trans am ws6, the car will start sometimes and others it wont. we have checked every electrical component on this car and cant figure out what the heck it is. some one told me it might be an omni sensor. any info that would help would be greatly appreciated.

Congress Decides Constitution is a Threat to National Security

The principles of habeas corpus and due process extend as far back as 12th century England. These principles were among the most fearfully guarded liberties among America’s founders. If truth be told it was abuses of due process and an unresponsive government (not simply burdensome taxes) that were the primary causes of the American Revolution. Notice the words of these distinguished Americans:

Ø “Trial by jury in civil causes…trial by jury in criminal causes, [and] the benefits of the writ of habeas corpus…all stand on the same footing; they are the common rights of Americans.” ~Richard Henry Lee

Ø “For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury: For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences” ~Declaration of Independence, Thomas Jefferson

Ø “The founders of our nation considered the right of trial by jury…an important bulwark against tyranny and corruption, a ‘safeguard too precious to be left to the whim of the sovereign.” ~Chief Justice William Rehnquist, 1979

Yet, here we are today in the midst of a startling attack on some of our most fundamental liberties. As I write this, our Senate debates a bill that will undermine the very due process rights that thousands of brave souls have bled and died for.

Senate Bill 1867, also known as the National Defense Authorization Act, is the means by which Congress funds the military and is therefore a “must pass bill.” No politician wants to be the one who voted to defund the military, especially if you are a so-called conservative. Those who would be disposed to usurp the Liberties of this land take these must pass bills and convert them into Trojan horses. This particular Trojan horse puts the due process rights of American citizens in serious jeopardy through sections 1031 and 1032.

Sections 1031 and 1032 of this bill are completely unrelated to the funding of the military. These sections, we are told, will ‘save us from terrorists’. The plan is to remove the Constitutional right of habeas corpus and persons deemed to be terrorists will be detained indefinitely, out of the country. The built-in premise is that the right of habeas corpus is somehow a threat to national security.

Who wouldn’t want to stop terrorists? Don’t we all want to be safe? Aren’t terrorist the very demons we should be fighting today? If you don’t support this bill you are a terrorist sympathizer.

Am I a terrorist sympathizer simply because I believe that you shouldn’t have to circumvent the Constitution to do your job? Particularly considering the very job description these Congressmen swore to do was to “support and defend the Constitution.” It is mindboggling that those with the power and responsibility to PROTECT LIBERTY are the very ones who will justify its destruction. Here are the arguments put forth in favor of these dangerous provisions:

1. These Sections Specifically Limit Actions Of The Government To Al-Qaeda And Taliban Terrorists Involved In 9/11

False. This refers to sec. 1031(b) Covered Persons: (1) A person who planned, authorized, committed , or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, or harbored those responsible for those attacks. (2) A person who was part of or substantially supported al-Qaeda, the Taliban, or associated forces that are engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition forces…

I suppose all would be well, if this were the end of this section. However, the devil is always in the details. Attorneys are trained to look for loopholes, and those who wrote this bill were attorneys, so they are either ignorant or inserting holes to provide doors for future activity. Door No. 1:

…including any person who has committed a belligerent act or has directly supported such hostilities in aid of such enemy forces.

Belligerent act? There you have it, the open door to include just about anyone. Now don’t think these words are not well planned and don’t for one minute assume you know their definitions. Remember John McCain and Joe Leiberman’s "Enemy Belligerent Interrogation, Detention, and Prosecution Act of 2010"? This act failed, but that has not stopped John McCain. This Enemy Belligerent Act defines a Belligerent as: an individual, including a citizen of the United States, determined to be an unprivileged enemy belligerent…an individual who: 1) has engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners; or 2) has purposefully and materially supported hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners." Hostilities? And the door swings wide open.

Next argument:

2. Section 1032 Does Not Cover US Citzens.

False. Section 1032(2) states that the requirement to detain an individual applies to someone who has been determined to be “a member of, al-Qaeda or an associated force that acts in coordination with or pursuant to the direction of al-Qaeda: and to have participated in the course of planning or carrying out an attack or attempted attack against the United States or its coalition partners.”

Sounds pretty limiting right? Well, here’s Door No. 2, section (4) “The Secretary of Defense (Leon Panetta) may, in consultation with the Secretary of State (Hillary Clinton) and the Director of National Intelligence (James R. Clapper), waive the requirements of paragraph (1) if the Secretary submits to Congress a certification in writing that such a waiver is in the national security interests of the United States.”

There you have it. All limitations fly out the window if the government determines a “national security interest”. But those that planted these loopholes are not finished.

The next argument alleges:

3. Section 1032(b)(1) Specifically Excludes US Citizens

False. Section 1032(b)(1) states “The requirement to detain a person in military custody under this section does not extend to citizens of the United States.” Is this the part that is supposed to stop the government from detaining US Citizens? Any decent attorney would tell you that the “prohibitive language” in this statement is a bit ambiguous. What this section says is the REQUIREMENT to detain doesn’t extend to US Citizens. That means they don’t have to detain them, but what if they want to! Open Door No. 3, let all who enter beware!

All this sounds a bit alarmist right? Why do I think the language is cleverly crafted to be more than it appears? Because those who support this bill do not WANT to protect the liberty of US Citizens. They will, when cornered with the truth, tell you that any US Citizens who is involved with terrorists “DOES NOT deserve Constitutional rights.” The idea that US Citizens do not deserve their Constitutional rights is a very frightening statement. But put that in conjunction with the understanding that it is the government, specifically this current administration, that gets to CHOOSE which citizens do not deserve their Constitutional rights.

Still sounds alarmist right? After all we are talking about terrorists. So you don’t like terrorist? I don’t either. But I do love Liberty and I do fear the power of unlimited government. And what happens when the government determines you to fit the definition of a terrorist? Janet Napolatano says that soldiers returning from Iraq and those who oppose abortion fit the bill. Which US Citizens DO YOU think should not have protections under the Constitution? Which one of our rights is a threat to national security and need to be curtailed or eliminated? Remember William Pitt’s words, “Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants. It is the creed of slaves.”

Terrorism is real and we must combat it. But you cannot have peace without Liberty! According to Benjamin Franklin, “Anyone who would trade Liberty for temporary security deserves neither Liberty nor security”. He specifically said, “temporary security” because he knew that being “safe” is a fleeting feeling. You may think trading just a small piece of Liberty today is worth feeling safe. However, tomorrow safety will fly away when a bigger boogey man turns the corner. Then will you be willing to trade a little more? Remember, the funny thing about temporarily giving anything to the government is that you don’t get it back and they always want more. Two words: Income Tax.

John Adams stated in his inaugural address in 1797, if “our Government can be influenced by foreign nations by flattery or menaces, by fraud or violence, by terror or intrigue the Government may not be the choice of the American People, but of foreign nations. It may be foreign nations that govern us and not we the people who govern ourselves.” He was telling us that when the government operates under the motivating factor of fear, those that scare us rule us. He continued with his warning by saying, “If we are to have a free republican government we must have an attachment to the Constitution and a conscientious determination to support it.” Our only hope of Liberty, our only hope of peace, is through the Constitution, not by circumventing it.

Congress took an oath to PROTECT AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES; they did not take an oath to defeat terrorism. They must stick with their oath; because, the principles in the Constitution do not change; the definition of terrorist apparently changes based on political ideology.

Ronald Reagan called America the last bastion of hope. He was remembering a statement by Daniel Webster, “Hold onto the Constitution and to the republic for which she stands. Miracles do not cluster and what has happened once in 6000 years may never happen again. Hold on to the Constitution, for if the American Constitution should fail, there will be anarchy throughout the world.” Our Congress has an obligation to us, an obligation to our children, and an obligation to the world.

We must stand for Liberty today or our children will bow tomorrow. I stand with Patrick Henry when he said, “Gentlemen may cry, "Peace! Peace!" -- but there is no peace. What is it that gentlemen wish? What would they have? Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty, or give me death!”

Matthew Johnston was taken from us on November 9th, 2011 leaving behind a loving wife, Megan and two children. Ramsey (age 2) and Riley (born October 13, 2011). This benefit is for the family and a trust fund for the children (all proceeds going to the family).

Crash is fighting Stage 4 prostate cancer and it's metastasized to the bones. He's fighting with strength, grace and tons of faith but his treatment costs $8,000 a month and the long battle has depleted his benefits and emptied his bank accounts. We can't shoulder Crash's daily grind of doctors, hospitals, medication, tests, treatments and mountains of medical bills, but we can help ease his worries about the cost of it all.
