I think you are jumping the Gun a bit,i havent been on here as long as some of the older salts, but although i have been through rough Seas with some i wouldnt change it for the World now,it takes time to get to know the ways of people and what is in your eyes Bickering to most here is just pure fun and jests i know first hand.
Yes there have been the odd occasion of us going off the rails but that i am afraid is just Human nature.
Take a bit of time here Richard you may surprise yourself!!
