remember delivering to london docks early sixties. they had just introduced fork lift trucks. dockers still insisted on six piece gangs. five stood and watched the fork lift driver working.i had a full load of telivisions and radiograms for aussie. they put thier hooks through every case. they refused to handle containers, which were then sent to victoria deep water dock by the blackwall tunnel, and tilbury. but most were unloaded on the continent. cheers. alf
