PS
Edinburgh Council used to own a vessel name the MV Gardeleu. It toiok solid waste from the sewage works to the mouth of the Forth and dumped it at sea. The waste was pumped less that half a mile to the docks, linked up to the ship by none Dockers, but a shift of Dockers had to be on the Quay to supervise it, doing nothing. HOw about that for money for old rope?
Frank
