DOCKERS THOUHT IT WAS THEIR GOD GIVEN RIGHT TO SHARE A PERCENTAGE OF DESIREABLE CARGO AMONG THEM, THE ACCIDENNTAL DROPPING OF A CASE OF SCOTCH FOR EXAMPLE. I'VE HEARD ALL THEIR STORIES FIRST HAND FROM THE MOUTH OF HORSES.

THE STANDARD GAG... A DOCKER EXITING THE DOCK GATES GETS HIS WHEELBARROW SEARCHED EVERY DAY BY THE POLICE... IT TOOK AGES FOR THEM TO DISCOVER... HE WAS STEALING WHEELBARROWS.
