Yor view on Afghanistan is correct, we were involved in Vietnam in what was Termed Australia,s longest war nobody won and it ruined the lives of thousands of Australians and still has a profound effect on those men now, The Russians were defeated in Afghanistan and pulled out I can see the same thing happening again.
