Petrol today $1.28 that is about 60 pence a litre. Diesel is getting a bit expensive at $1.38 thogh. read an article on the net last year about prices in Europe and the amount of tax in petro; prices. Here it is set at a constant of about 38cents a litre. In France and Germany it is 66% of the price, Greece about 55% Spain about 50% and in U.K. 60%. happy daze john in oz
