Everything my wife cooks is great, I never leave a scrap. But maybe the very best are what I call King Alfreds. She once made fried mince patties stuffed with garlic in the frying pan; and forgot about them and they burned, they were terrific, so now when she cooks them she lets them burn, hence the name King Alfreds.
