Hi Alf.
How would ths bloke serve table? My wife and I was having a meal in a Club in the Central Coast of NSW a few years ago, Chinese, when one of the cooks came running out of the kitchen brandishing a huge carving knife and screaming and chasing another cook, it was in his right hand, couldn't hold it in his left as all his fingers had just been chopped off by the bloke he was chasing, anyway he caught him and chopped him up, died then and there, talk about chop suey.
