hector what you just described liverpool as. could have been any other city in the land including north of the boarder.the only thing and i agree with you liverpool has that all the others dont is capital of culture status.let the wind blow high enough to blow you away not giving you any more of seamanship knowledge finished with you you sad old man.the more i educate you on seamanship the more you can pretend to be one yourself {wheres your proof} VERY PROUD SCOUSER {TERRY SCOUSE}.
