I think the "Hero's of Telemark" movie was loosly based on fact as the Nowegian resistance tried to demolish a facility producing hard water for the possible manufacture of nuclear weapons. The documentary was shown on tv recently and ended with the resistance sinking a ferry loaded with a train load of the water along with many passengers whose lives were not as important as the train.
