Tilana managed to gather her senses to do her best to retaliate against Mortelia without magic, for she had none left in her. She swung fiercely with her sword, despite the fact that no damaged was done to any but herself. Suddenly nothing mattered except trying fitfully to defeat the force before her. She even ignored the Ghazard, pushing against them as she stumbled back, away from the enemy.

Aiyana whirled, furiously hacking at an unmorphed ghazard. Its tough skin constantly keeping hold of her blade long enough for him to take a swipe at her, which she would quickly dodge. Her hacking brought her near M'kar and not only his appearence but his fighting tactics startled her. "Rider M'kar!" She called to him, swinging a few more times at the Ghazard before calling again, having not recieved and answer, "RIDER M'KAR!"

Kareen released a bellowing roar as she watched the riders battle. The dragon could do not much else then snatch up the occasional stray Ghazard in her jaws and crush him.
