M'kar made no move to acknowledge the Lairleader, glance flickering to a small fire. He stepped towards it, leaving the Ghazard writhing on the ground, and let the tip of his blade heat, turning it over and over until it was to his satisfaction. He took three fluid strides back towards the Ghazard, a low snickering laugh escaping him as tiny wisps of smoke curled from the tip of the blade. He touched the flat of the heated blade against its skin, and didn't let up even as the thing twisted and moaned, tore at the ground and clawed at the afflicted area. He let the blade cool, adhering it to the hide, and waited a few moments before tearing it roughly away from the Ghazard, a move that made it scream louder than ever.
