Sounds lovely. So, righto, if I'm not mistaken, this is how things stand. I've just gotten nailed in the side with a crossbow bolt and am kinda doubled over the foot of the bed in pain. I killed the crossbowman with my dagger, and you just killed Trawal. Each of us needs to take down one of the mages which have just showed up in the doorway. Now...how exactly are we going to kill these mages?
For now, here's my IC:

Vysaere heard footsteps behind her, and twisted her neck around to see -- mages. Two of them. "Dammit," she cursed, and yelled out a sharp warning to Kurai. Gods...the pain...stifling a moan, she turned and shot three hand-crossbow bolts in quick succession, all aimed at different places on the mage's body. One sailed toward a spot right between his eyes, one toward his throat, and one toward his chest. She was panting as bright, pain-induced colors bloomed in front of her eyes, and the mage merely brushed away her arrows.
