• You can un cross your fingers the out come is that the city of Edinburg does not want the race track there period it would much prefer an airport because they want to compete with McAllen's air port not for passenger flights so much but for shipping such as bring in Fed EX and UPS plains. I got a hunch that the city officals could care less if the drag strip reopones in a timely manner the matter of the fact is that an airport will bring more revenue and if that happens they'll pat them selves on the back with a nice raise or bounse in thier pay. Friday - 12/2/11 -Tonight, we will be heading out to Edinburg International Racetrack to check out the Test & Tune and to have a little grudge with our friend, Tim, owner of Southtexasfbodies.com. We will be out there as soon as the gates open.

Saturday Morning - 12/3/11 -Car Cruise To San Manuel - Saturday morning, we will be at the Flying J in Edinburg on Monte Cristo & Hwy 281. • I'm no track tech, but according to new rules, you will need to wear an SFI approved race jacket anytime your car is equipped with nitrous oxide. The nitrous tank must be vented to outside atmosphere if it is located in the passenger comparment. You said your's is in the trunk. So you shouldn't need a vent. Other than that, all you need is your basics like no more than 12" of rubber fuel line allowed and your battery must be tied down. And of course, don't forget your race helmet.   • If you have the bottle in the trunk, and have a rear seat, you dont need a blowdown tube. If you have a "hatch" type car, with nothing between the passanger compartment and where the bottle is located, you need one. And, if you do need a blowdown tube. If you do need a blowdown tube, You would have to get an adapter for your bottle (depends on bottle), which is where the blowdown tube will go. -- Ryche, 15:01:18 11/28/11 Mon
