Thank you Andrew - That's absolutely correct. The rules were super simple - all we asked was that the cars be real street cars. And that we race once a month to give everyone a chance to get ready. But people won a spot then just sat there and didn't challenge the guy above them. Or some people would win a spot then not respond when challenged. If you watch Street Outlaws, they are all about moving up the list. New challengers must start at the bottom and work their way up.
