"TDR SPOT RACE SHOWDOWN"

 Looking over the tracks schedule and it looks like they will be open this Saturday, February 8th from Noon until 5pm. Anyone interested on getting the Spots filled up? I think we had enough cars to get it done. If you can make it this Saturday lets get it setup (weather permitting). Post up if you can come out on Saturday and go a couple of rounds for a Spot. As we mentioned before, idea is to get 9 cars together. We will drop 9 numbers in a hat. Each person pulls a number. Then we pair up from lowest to highest. Example; 9-10 race, winner gets higher spot, loser gets lower spot. Obviously #2 will race for the "El Jefe". Winner gets #1 and loser gets #2. Waiting to hear back from Leo "Mochates" to see if he will be able to defend his spot. If not then we will open up the #1 Spot. Once all spots are filled then any "New" challenger has to start at the bottom and work their way up. However, #10 forward can challenge up to get to #1. Haven't been daytime racing in a long time so I hope everyone can make it. Daytime makes for awesome video and pictures.

If a challenger is 1 or 2 full seconds faster than several spots above is really necessary to make him race them? I know anything can happen in a race but at the track the variables are almost none, this is not the street where a slower car can beat a faster car due to not hooking in the street.

Winners of each race get the higher spot. You race who you race, NO CRY BABIES!!! If the guy is faster, take a chance - You are guaranteed a spot anyway. Looking forward to Saturday.
