[> Subject: The ban rule is effective only if you accept a challenge, make a challenge and then are a "no show". In Henry's case, he voluntarily gave up his spot. He didn't leave anyone hanging. Makes no difference though. By the look of things nobody wants to race. The current Spot Holders should be challenging those above them trying to move up. That's just not happening. Might end up canceling Door Warz and once again kill the spot races.

Like two of the people who hold spots told you, there are things that come up, you should know that too. Just let the spots race whenever they are ready like it was before. Work, vehicle maintnance and family can come up at the last minute even if you plan a month ahead. And before you go all Nazi on me re-read your post. I am just stating what I see and not trying to disrespect.

[> Subject: I was actually going to catch a flight from Puerto Rico if I got challenged but ok. Figured I had 4 days to get home once the challenge was placed. I have a converter issue which is why I wouldn't challenge this time around but I can still run high 10s low 11s to defend my spot.

As for Spot holders losing spots, reason for that is for not trying to move up. The point of Spot racing is to try to get to #1. Not just grab a Spot and then hold it. Where is the fun in that?
