It's healthier than taking the drugs, which can cause obesity, tardive dyskinesia, suicidal thoughts, and a host of other unpleasant things.

I have preached against these drugs since I detoxified myself from the tricyclics back in the eighties. It was the hardest thing I ever did, and nobody else should ever have to go through that. The newer class of drugs was highly touted as being better, but they turned out to have all the same nasty problems as the tricyclics.

I haven't suffered from depression in a really long time, but now I know how to treat it in a much healthier and more effective way. I give Mr. Lynx a combination of scullcap and St. John's wort for moderate depression, and it works just peachily. Exercise helps tremendously, too.
