(She rolled her eyes as he said they couldn't see her parents, and was about to nip at him and bolt when she saw Dane coming. Her first reaction to seeing the massive fire-breathing male was pure innate fear, and it had her stuttering for a moment, a clawed paw coming up to wave in his direction. Luckily Kaden saw him too, and she didn't have to say anything. She mewled instead, darting behind him like a wee pixie, peeking out under one jet black wing.) (His head was tipping even as his brother opened his mouth, and as the shock faded from him, his demeanor changed somewhat. His spikes lowered halfway, a wary instead of challenging stance.) Kaden.. brethair? (He looked like he was looking upon a ghost, one of a once well loved kinsman. His lips were slightly parted and it took him a moment to gather himself - though Kadens biting words did a hell of a lot to center his thoughts again.) Nay, ye've no purpose anymore. (He said back, though his tone was bitter instead of angry. He flapped a couple of times to steady himself and lowered his head to spot Anya.) Why did ye do it, lad.. ye could have.. we could have.. (He shook his head then, annoyance warring with guilt inside of him. His nostrils flared as he scented Anya, verifying that it was her, and the male instinct inside of him roared that he claim her back. She was of his clan and had been stolen from him.. he had every right to take her back. BUt he would not harm his brother unless provoked, no matter how angry he was with him.) Annyka, ye are free to return to her parents home, I will nae let him keep ye. (He said the words while looking at Kaden, thinking the lass was under duress. Why else would Kaden be here on his borders, unless he was trying to regain control of the lass.) (She narrowed her gaze at his words, and fire shone in her emerald eyes as she darted out from under Kaden like a bullet shot from a gun. She was a flash of green, silver claws stuck straight out at Dane's chest. She spat a frenzied stream of curses that couldn't be repeated in front of the general public as she struck the massive male with claws, teeth and tail. Basically, she was so small that she did a pathetic amount of damage, and Dane was reduced to having to arch his brow at his brother. Apparently the massive male had had no idea the female was with Kaden of her own accord.)
