He watched Chase for a moment, wondering just how affected by the attack the boy had been. He seemed amazingly attached to Shay, unwilling to let her out of his sight. He was thinking on that when Remy asked him to go into the kitchen and he nodded, rising up to follow his friend. He leaned against the opposite corner, a low breath escaped his lips as he cracked open the beer and took a long drink, thinking over the question for a moment. "Things are...weird. I just am not sure what is going on when it comes to her. I don't know what I want. I mean, I know I want my kid with me but...I just...it's hard to contemplate living with someone you don't trust." His brow furrowed a little before he looked back into the living room, voicing his thoughts. "Chase seems like he is afraid to let Shay out of his sights." He stated, his head cocked a little as he watched the baby for a moment before turning his eyes back towards Remy for a moment. She grinned brightly, nodding. "I know how that is and now in another few months I'll be going through the same thing all over again..." She grinned lightly, spreading her hand over her stomach slowly. "I think this time Remy is hoping for a girl, though he would never admit that...the first time we got pregnant he said he would like a girl." She smiled brightly. "Skeeter has been cute, throughout your whole pregnancy. He was always asking Remy and Kyr about me and Haylie's pregnancies to see if things were the same, he'd get so nervous and then sometimes he would kind of just stare off and you know how weird that is for Skeeter, kinda freaky actually.
