KQV went out of business so I'm not sure I would follow that format. I noticed they don't use their news reporters as much during the new talk shows. I have heard KDKA use a Greg McAtee during the news report and but not inside Cathy Berggren's reports. I've also heard Scott Stiller in the afternoon mention plenty of other roads like 79, Turnpike, West End in addition to the Parkways. I don't think they want to be a talk station.
