Hey there,

Those are excellent photos. The knot, from the photos, appears tight, but at the same time looks like it might not be tight enough to cut through the skin. It's certainly hard to tell. I'll let others chime in with their views, but I think I would give it a couple of extra days. Did you numb the area and did you try to avoid the frenular veins?

As for the other photos and video, I think you could put them in a zipped folder, password protect it, and upload it to a hosting site such as Rapidshare or Megaupload, although others might have better ideas.
