Subject: As a former who didn't get a formal farewell, it's hard, but sometimes that's just how it goes. I recorded my farewell speech and put it on my website, blog, FB and that's all I could do.

This situation happens all the time, there is a lot of turnover in state directors, and US has alot of at-large queens. If I were the 2013 queen I wouldn't take it personally, and it would be nice to reach out to the new titleholder offering to answer questions or help in any way. (NT)Take the high road.01/26/14 Sun
