Subject: This situation happens all the time, there is a lot of turnover in state directors, and US has alot of at-large queens. If I were the 2013 queen I wouldn't take it personally, and it would be nice to reach out to the new titleholder offering to answer questions or help in any way. Author: Take the high road.
