He smiled a little, though he was hoping she would just let the conversation die now so he wouldn't have to go into things any further, he didn't like talking about Iraq or anything that had happened there. He really hadn't talked to anyone at all about what happened there and he didn't want to start with the baby sister of his deceased best friend. "I have a guest room...we can decorate it however you want..." He stated before biting into his sandwich - it was huge, he had piled two patties on there along with every condiment and topping in the house - chewing as he gazed at her. He just wanted to make up for what she had lost somehow, especially since it was his fault - he would give her everything he owned and then lay himself down on the ground for her to walk over if thats what she needed...
