There is something fishey between Malluce and JB, but I haven't figured it out yet. I just can't accept that JB is a vampire. I can't put my hands on it yet, but something tells me JB is not like anyone else (he has made this point himself, and I believe him). He's got that whole electrical thing going on. Also - don't forget that he had human blood on his hands when Mac first met him (I know that is a count FOR vampire). ;-) On the rubbings - I think Lucan had the rubbings, probably created them himself, then the night that Lucan died, somebody raided Lucan's vault and a few days later a bunch of stuff appeared on the black market. JB says that he picked up quite a few goodies when that happened, and beat Malluce out on an auction, but the big ticket items were already gone. I suspect that is where JB got (one set??) of the rubbings, but the Dark Book elluded him. My musings for the night. -- DARKFEVER
