Yes! I've been thinking about that myself. I convinced myself that his coloring and vitality are against him being a vampire. He doesn't look anaemic. He bears a closer resemblence to the Druids - especially with that electrity that is always around him. He himself says he's not like anybody. Now I haven't been able to think of any argument against him being a werewolf. And, of course, all my arguments -presented here for your approval - are pretty lame. ;-) Oh! I just remembered something. He had blood on his hand that one time! (OMG! I feel like my niece who has been arguing with me that Severus Snape is a vampire.) -- DARKFEVER

Remeber we never see JB during the day and his home has a lot of underground rooms. And he knows the sewers. Maybe he just has a way of hidding what he is. OHOH and that is what he could have meant when he and Fiona got into the fight and he said that he could find someone else to serve his needs. He uses Fiona to feed from. That could be why he dislikes Malluce so much he does not like the fact that Malluce is so out in the open about being a vampire but JB never denies that there are vampires just that he doubts Malluce is one.
