"Dark Fever" could be a great movie so long as it was made by people who love the story and are not just out to make a buck. So many novels that I love have been ruined by the movie-makers, that I would rather not see it produced than be produced badly.
Being a comic book nerd, as well as a lover of romances,I am still holding a grudge against Sylvester Stallone for his portrayal of Judge Dredd!!
