I agree with both of you. The final question isn't judged and that's a fact, it's just to be "taken into consideration" but judges are told if they really like the girl not to rank her lower because of it. After that ss and eg performance, Kemah was going to win that night no matter how else anyone answered. This is why sometimes in Miss Texas, we've have a few winner in the past (NOT speaking of this year's winner) who stumble and not answer well and still end up winning.
