Subject: Okay, here we go!! Author: TXgal [Edit] Date Posted: 05/28/08 1:20:28pm So, as some of you know, I tend to pick my girls basically, based off of a feeling I get. I just have soft spots for certain girls and I just have bad feelings about certain girls. I can't really explain it, it's just how I am!! So, without further ado, my Top 15, 10, and 5 for Miss Texas USA!! Top 15: AUSTIN-I think Atia is a very pretty girl with a great body and that Austin title will give her the extra little "standout-ness" that she needs. Without that sash I think she would simply blend in, but I wouldn't be surprised to see her up there. BAYOU CITY-As much as I just don't get her, never thought she was pretty, clearly there is something about this girl that keeps getting her up there. So Top 15 for Lauren. BELL CO.-I love this girl! She has a unique look and I hope she makes the Semis! CENTRAL SOUTH TEXAS-Frenchie has a unique and classy look that I love and would be really happy with her doing well!! HARRIS CO.-Clearly you can't count Brooke out, but I just don't think she has "it". She's dead behind the eyes and just doesn't have that fierceness that is needed at Miss USA. Top 10: DALLAS-I love Christina and am excited to see her on the Miss Texas USA stage! I think she's gonna rock it! HOUSTON-A stunning girl whose name I had never heard before, but she came and took Houston, so there's got to be something really special about her! PORT LAREDO-She's consistently done well at Miss Texas USA, she's a very pretty girl, so I think she'll be up there. SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS-Valerie is clearly extremely facially stunning and is a very sweet girl, but she goes into the same category as Brooke. Just doesn't have "it". Dead behind the eyes, no personality. DFW-The sweet, all-american, girl next door! I love her and see big things in this girl's future!! 4th Runner-Up: FORT BEND CO.-I have loved Nicole for a while now and am excited to see how she does this year!! She has great potential and will do very well. 3rd Runner-Up: CENTROPLEX-Oh how I soooo hope Raevan is ON and BRINGS IT to State!!! She fell a little flat at Austin, but we all know she has what it takes! I'm rooting for her! 2nd Runner-Up: LAKE WHITNEY-This girl is FIERCE! Enough said. 1st Runner-Up: NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS-Wooooo Candace Campfield is BAAACKK!! And I can't WAIT to see what happens with her!!! MISS TEXAS USA, Tahnae Tarkenton!! LAKE AUSTIN-I have just always had a soft spot for Tahnae! She is the stunning, all-american blonde, but with a little something extra thrown in there. She has a unique look, while still girl-next-door. She has a smokin' hot bod and a great sense of style. I love her and would be thrilled with her as our next Miss Texas USA!! Bubbles: COASTAL PLAINS-Sheena just always seems so sleepy. And she looks sickly with that translucent skin. I'm all about the porcelain look, but it's a bit too much with her. DALLAS CO.-I have just never seen it with Lindsey Harvey. She's awkward looking and just not pretty, in my opinion. FORT WORTH-Pretty girl, but not a beauty queen, in my opinion. She's similar to Lauren Sapaugh, I just don't see it, but hey, who knows. MONTGOMERY CO.-Taylor is a very pretty girl but I hope she's gained a little more stage presence and has fixed that weird, open mouth, close mouth, open mouth, close mouth, thing she was doing last year. If so, she's in there! SOUTHEAST TEXAS-Sarah is a gorgeous girl with height and a great body. I don't know why she hasn't done better in years past, but if she's figured it out and brings it this year, she'll be up there! Well, what do YOU think???! The Texas USA Pageant is the best theatrical pageant EVER. Beats the crap out of Miss Venezuela which would be the first runner up of pageants.
