- I'm sorry you guys got the edited version. Why on earth the TV companies feel it is necessary to cut scenes that are intrinsic to the story is beyond me, they really mess things up!! I know they want to accommodate their advertisers for obvious reasons, but how can a few seconds worth of scenes make that much difference?? Has anhyone else been seeing the reviews of "Gooby" on their Google alerts? One mentioned that it was 'mediocre' and another called it 'pedobear' and that Susan Silverman (who was a guest star on JAG in "Blindside") had tweated about it recently. A lot of it is just perception, as well........... take, for axample, the different ''feel'' you get when you compare the US version box art to the Canadian version box art..... AUGH!!!!! They've EDITED it! The scene with Maddie and her assistant talking about God wasn't there. And I think there was a scene with Roland and his girlfriend in the cafe that was cut, too. Here I am, very tired, flipping through the channels because I can't sleep and happen to come across Hollywood 411 on The TVGuide Network, and I hear something that caught my attention: "Next up, we talk about the mini-series that will rock your world."

Well, I thought that sounded like "Impact", so I got the recorder ready. Sure enough, they did talk about "Impact" for a minute or two. I'm pretty sure the interview of David and Natasha was from the ABC Press Junket.

I'll have the clips up later, assuming I don't fall asleep. LOL!

They bring home information and stuff for us to do.�

Nevertheless, Elliott is confused by the �conflicting information out there that makes it difficult to know what is doing the right thing. People say making car batteries causes more harm to the environment than they save, and making solar panels burns more energy than they save. What�s the answer? I don�t know,� he says, �but I�m looking for the truth.�

Next month, Elliott stars in another sci-fi TV movie called The Storm, playing the head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. �We weaponize the weather,� he says, �and we think it�s a good thing.� NBC airs the two-parter July 28 and Aug. 2 at 9 p.m.

Do you think that the unbelievable chemistry that DJE had with CB in JAG has helped or hurt his career? I'm asking because in anything I've seen him in with other female leads, he hasn't had as intense as chemistry, IMHO, that he did with CB.   - Agreed. I feel that many times the viewers compare other couples with Harm and Mac. I thought there was chemistry in Impact between Alex and Maddie ,in TSIM between Terry and his wife, and also in The Guard between David and the first Laura. - I feel the saem way, mj. Everytime I see either of them in a show or movie, I cant help wishing one of them were on screen too, LOL. BUT I think its a personal preference thing. Some of DJE's fans arent really wild about CB and would frankly rather see him with ANYONE other than her. - Oh, I definitely feel the whole 'will they or won't they' story arc between Harm and Mac gave DJE and CB ADDED ST and conributed to the chemistry that built up over time, but I still think that they had an explosive chemistry from day one (looks, timber of voice when they spoke to one another, subtle touching, etc.) and it was different from the overt sexually charged spark between Kate and Harm. Meg and Harm, IMO, fizzled sexually -- they were more brother/sister. And I do think DJE did have chemistry with the other actresses who played Harm's gfs in the series, but not as strong as with CB and I feel this way with other actresses in other stuff I've seen him in -- he certainly delivers the feel of what he's supposed to, but the chemistry, IMO, is still not as strong as when he played opposite CB.
