- I've now had time to watch episode 2...have to say, so far, I *do* like the way this is going and I would watch it even if David were not cast as "Wolf" ,so it's a *huge* bonus that he is....LOL. Last week we were "introduced" to the characters, this week we learn a little about each of them, although we have yet to meet Grandad a bit more!!...LOL. The roles, IMO, have been well cast , and I look forward to watching them all "grow".   - Dad's Home - enjoyed seeing the many little things he (and most men) had to learn just survive being the MOM and Dad especially with a teenage daughter - not as easy as it looks. Enjoyed how he found solutions (some funnier than others) to all the situations and showed each child how important he/she is. Thoroughly enjoyed the movie. (NT) -- ED, 12:12:07 06/21/10 Mon
  - Scoundrels - Enjoyed the first part of the episode the most with Wolf interacting with the family and police - the whole cast was great portraying the character they represented, Cheryl was excellent but understandably seems frustrated/frazzled by all that had been thrust on her so suddenly. There were a lot of story lines started, I hope they develop each one fully so we can continue to enjoy "Mr. Toad's wild ride." (NT) -- ED Looking forward to next Sunday, 12:25:32 06/21/10 Mon
- We had severe thunderstorms and a tornado alert in the viewing area, so 3/4ths of the time, we had a weather reporter on screen instead of "Scoundrels". It's up at Hulu.com You can rate it there if you're a member. Also tv.com has the show, and a way to rate it. So far, the last one has a good rating, but we need more people to speak up. I know it wasn't perfect, but I'm putting it down to most of the show having been 'leaked' in the PR and such. Next week's probably won't be as 'expected' as this week's was.

Post anyplace we can go to talk up the show and David's character!

- I thought that it was a really cute little movie. David did great as usual, but I don't think that he had to dig very deep because he knows what it's like to be a dad to two kids about that age.   - I agree, Lee. He did a great job, as usual, very natural, with a fairly predictable script. He always has wonderful interactions with children, and he was in virtually EVERY scene. Just a personal bias..thought his character's endearment to his daughter constantly ("Buddy" or "Pal") was sort of weird...seemed more appropriate with his son, but not his daughter. - Have to agree with Lee and Judy. It was great seeing David in almost every scene!!! But...the story is nothing that will be remembered for greatness. It's a script thing and no reflection on the actors or direction. The constant use of Buddy and Pal for the kids was getting annoying. I'd of liked to see something more personal used, a little nickname or something.
